Restorative Notions® partners with organizations to build restorative self-leadership systems that stabilize participants internally so skill-building efforts lead to sustainable growth, stronger engagement, and clearer leadership pathways.
Who We Serve
We support organizations serving adolescent girls and emerging women (ages 13–25) who are navigating survival-based behaviors. Our work is designed for Executive Directors and Program Managers who recognize that behavior-focused programming alone isn't enough to create lasting change.
What We Do
We develop structured, trauma-informed self-leadership and life skills systems. Through the Restorative Notions® Framework, we move participants from survival-based functioning to stable, self-led decision-making, ownership of narrative, and leadership readiness.
Why Partner With Us
Partnerships with Restorative Notions® drive measurable impact. Organizations experience strengthened participant engagement, improved program completion rates, and an intentional leadership pipeline that demonstrates success to stakeholders and funders.
Our Framework: Four Phases
- Restore: Emotional regulation & internal stabilization
- Reclaim: Identity, voice & narrative development
- Rebuild: Practical life skills & decision-making
- Rise: Self-leadership & leadership growth
